Our approach

Compassion sets the goals. Data checks the work.

Our long-term goal is to enhance each student’s quality of life — reshaping behaviors and teaching skills that help them adapt well to daily living at home, at school, and out in the world. Here’s how we get there.

The foundation

What is ABA?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the science of how people learn. In practice, it means breaking meaningful skills — a first word, a morning routine, raising a hand in class — into small steps a child can succeed at, teaching each step with encouragement and repetition, and measuring the results so nothing is left to guesswork.

At MD Analytics we combine ABA with multi-modal learning techniques, so the same goal can be taught through movement, play, visuals, and conversation — whichever way your child learns best.

The process

Five steps, repeated with care

This cycle — listen, assess, plan, teach, measure — runs through everything we do, from the first consultation onward.

  1. 01

    Listen

Every program begins with your family’s story — what daily life looks like, what’s hard right now, and what you hope changes. Your priorities set the direction.

  2. 02

    Assess

We assess your child’s current skills across communication, daily living, social, academic, and motor domains — finding not just what’s missing, but what’s ready to grow.

  3. 03

    Plan

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst writes an individualized program: specific goals, broken into teachable steps, with a clear definition of what progress will look like.

  4. 04

    Teach

Sessions pair ABA techniques with multi-modal learning — using your child’s interests and strengths so practice feels like play more often than work.

  5. 05

    Measure & adapt

We collect data every session and chart it over time. When the data says a strategy isn’t working, we change the strategy — not the expectations for your child.

Why “Analytics”

If it matters, we measure it

The name MD Analytics is a promise: decisions in your child’s program are made from evidence, not habit. Data from every session tells us whether a skill is emerging, mastered, or stuck — and you’ll see that progress in plain language, not jargon.

Just as importantly, measurement keeps us honest. When the data shows a strategy isn’t helping, we change our teaching — because when a child isn’t learning, it’s the plan that needs to work harder, not the child.
